Ok... I got things to say...
I don't care if no one reads them...
But I got to learn to be me...
I got to learn to say what I think
I got to learn not to let people have control over me
I got to learn to control my mental disorders rather than them controlling me...
I have to break the stigmas surrounding mental illness so others dont have to suffer like me...
But mostly I have to figure out how to be free
